What we do
Everything a patient needs, in one team.
From daily support to ventilated patients: registered nurses, therapists, visiting doctors and a biomedical team, coordinated by a single care supervisor.
Complex and ventilator care
Ventilated and tracheostomy patients, tube and parenteral feeding, IV therapy, vacuum wound therapy and peritoneal dialysis support.
Physiotherapy and rehabilitation
Neurological, orthopaedic, post-surgical, paediatric and geriatric rehabilitation, with respiratory, occupational and speech therapy.
Doctor visits and teleconsultation
General practitioners and specialists visit the patient or consult by phone and video, with treatment plans and prescriptions.
Laboratory tests
Sample collection where the patient is, for routine panels, full check-ups and confidential screening, processed by partner laboratories.
Nutrition and wellness
Clinical nutrition plans for tube-fed and chronic patients, plus IV hydration and vitamin drips.
Ambulance and patient transport
Our own ambulances, 24 hours a day: patient transfers between home, hospital and clinic, with a clinical escort.
Medical equipment
Ventilators, pumps, monitors and oxygen — supplied, installed and calibrated at home by our biomedical team, plus equipment supply for facilities.
Levels of care

Under the new guidelines, home nursing comes in three levels. Pick the one that fits your family today, and change it as needs change.
1–6hours a day
Simple care
Short daily visits: medication, wound dressing, injections, vital signs and a check on how things are going — then we leave you to your day.
6–16hours a day
Routine care
A nurse for the day or the night shift: elderly care, post-operative recovery, chronic conditions, mother and baby.
16–24hours a day
Advanced care
Round-the-clock nursing for ventilated, tracheostomy and other complex patients, with our medical supervisor on call.
Not sure which level? Start with an assessment: our nurse visits the patient where they are, and our medical supervisor confirms the level with your insurer before the first shift.
How we work
From referral to first shift, everything in writing.
Referrals come to us from hospitals, insurers and families, and we handle the insurance for you: approvals, renewals and documentation with Daman, Thiqa and other payers.
Assessment
A nurse assesses the patient where they are and maps their real needs.
Level of care
Our medical supervisor agrees the level — simple, routine or advanced — and secures the insurance approval.
A written plan
The care plan, schedule and named team are confirmed in writing before the first shift.

Forcht Dagi, visited Al Shrooq Health Services Center in Al Ain with his team in December 2025, and with INDOMA now open in Dubai, we are working together to bring that expertise closer to our patients in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Do you serve only Al Ain?
No. Our Department of Health – Abu Dhabi licence covers the whole Emirate — Al Ain, Abu Dhabi city and the rest of the Emirate. Our base and our ambulances are in Al Ain.
Is home nursing covered by my insurance?
Often, yes. We are contracted with Daman and Thiqa and we prepare approvals, renewals and documentation with other payers too. Before the first shift you know exactly what is covered and what is not.
What is the difference between simple, routine and advanced care?
The hours, and what happens in them. Simple care is 1 to 6 hours a day of visits and procedures; routine care is 6 to 16 hours, a nurse for the day or the night; advanced care is 16 to 24 hours for ventilated and complex patients. We help you choose, and you can move between levels as needs change.
How quickly can care start?
A nurse assesses the patient where they are, our medical supervisor agrees the level of care and secures the approval, and the plan, schedule and named team are confirmed in writing before the first shift. For hospital discharges, call us early and we prioritise the assessment.
Do you have your own ambulances?
Yes. Our own fleet runs 24 hours a day for transfers between home, hospital and clinic, with a clinical escort. In an emergency, always call 998 first.
Can you supply and set up medical equipment at home?
Yes. Ventilators, pumps, monitors and oxygen are supplied, installed and calibrated by our biomedical team and maintained throughout the care. We also supply equipment to facilities.
Who supervises the nurses?
Every patient has a named care supervisor who coordinates nursing, therapy, nutrition, doctors, transport and equipment, under our medical supervisor. All our clinicians are licensed by the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi.
Do you speak Arabic and English?
Yes — our team is bilingual, and we are an Emirati company from Al Ain.
