Home skilled medical services are typically prescribed by treating physician and pre-authorized through your health insurance provider. For patients without insurance coverage, can avail self-pay scheme.
Upon family consent, our professionals will meet the patient family, schedule patient home assessment and develop a customized plan of care. Our case coordinators will contact the patient’s insurance provider, if relevant, and help answer new queries.
